Once a year, Tekoers go on a trip to discover new destinations and create valuable experiences with their teammates. Not just a picnic or tourist activities, annual outing trip gathers the entire company's member to nurture an inclusive working environment and enhance team cohesion.
Inspired by the hit Netflix Series Money Heist, Teko members are divided into 10 teams playing with hostages hiding in the group. The 2-month race presents challenges that each team needs to complete in order to reserve coins in the leaderboard.
Creative developers rule the game
A combination of creativity and talent, "Phi Vu Teko 2020" application has been designed and developed by Tekoers in a very short time. The list of challenges occasionally released via this game triggers teamwork spirit and create memorable moments among company's members.
Team spirit and inspirational members
Not solely a trip, Phi Vu Teko 2020's mission revealed hidden traits of Tekoers throughout the game. The game created a chance to explore the different image of our "colleague next door" who remain silent day-to-day. Leadership skill, video making, physical strength and sense of humor are all revealed via pre-trip activities.
Time to stand and shine together
Due to the objective situation, the trip was delayed and a 2-month waiting period lasted. But the Teko members finally completed the "mission" and ended the outing season with many memorable moments. New factors were revealed their special the talent. Conflicts appeared and be resolved. And above all, Tekoers always carried within them the positive energy source and the vision to stay together toward the common goal.
